15-day Premium adventure through Morocco. This tour will take you in a Cooking workshop if you are interested, and take advantage of this unique opportunity to learn delicious and balanced recipes from our chefs. During your classes, you’ll be introduced to an incredible wealth of culinary knowledge keeping pleasure at its heart, from traditional Moroccan recipes and practical tips to exploring alternative diets. Explore the blue-washed streets of Chefchaouen, Meknes’s lively medina, the historical Old Town of Fes, and the lively Djemaa el-Fna square in Marrakech. Sip tea with an Amazigh family in the Valley of roses. Visit Dades valley and gorges, a short hike at Todra Gorges (Canyons)… Camel Ride to see Sunset at the top of the highest ERG CHEBBI DUNES with an overnight experiencing in the peaceful Sahara desert in a Berber luxury camping, watching stars and listening to drums music. Also, you will have time to have some fun doing some sportive adventures and activities on the dunes with experience in sand-boarding, ATV Quads, Buggies, Horse Riding, and Ballon Ride experience in Marrakech.

Day 1
Casablanca Airport – Rabat
Arrive at the airport early morning, we will pick you up from the airport and drive you to the City of Casablanca, you will see the Hassan II Mosque, the biggest out of Mecca, experience the Cornish seaside, as you will visit the Jewish Museum, If you have time and energy, see the gates of the Royal Palace and the French-built Quartier Habous. Visit the ‘new mullah’, home to most of Morocco’s Jewish community, and the Bet El Synagogue. Later Check in and overnight in your hotel.
Day 2
Rabat – Ouzzane – Chefchaouen
After a luxury breakfast at your accommodation we will drive you to Rabat explore the capital of Morocco. Here you’ll see the Mosoleum, the Hassan tower and the oudaya Kasbah. Afterwards, travel to Chefchaouen via the city of Ouazzan. Here you will learn some history about Amram ben Diwan was a venerated 18th-century rabbi whose tomb has become the site of an annual pilgrimage. His burial place in Ouazzane became a pilgrimage site and is regularly visited, particularly by people who invoke him to heal their illness. Born in Jerusalem, he soon moved to Hebron in 1743 and was sent to Morocco in order to collect donations for the Holy land from the Jewish community there.
Day 3
Explore Chefchaouen
After breakfast in your hotel you will start exploring the Medina. Chefchaouen is a beautiful unique city with its white washed walls and its blue doors, and windows. Unlike many parts of Morocco, Chefchaouen was occupied by Spain; therefore there is much influence of the Spanish civilisation and architecture. Visiting the Mellah of Chefchaouen get more populated with more jews after the Spanish Reconquista during the 15th Century. You have the opportunity to meet locals and walk in this beautiful Medina. Overnight in your Riad. Bed and breakfast included.
Day 4
Chefchaouen – Volubilis – Meknes – Fes
After breakfast in the hotel, and after exploring the city of Chefchaouen we travel south via Ouazzan towards to Volubilis, the well preserved Roman empire dating to 225BC, where some mosaics as still in very good shape, after that we travel to Meknes, the ismaili capital of Morocco. In Meknes we see the fascinating gate Bab Mansour built by the sultan My Ismail, the granary and the Sahrij Souani used for irrigation and plantation. We continue via the highway to Fes. Overnight accommodation in your Riad located in the heart of the old Medina. Bed and breakfast included.
Day 5
Fes Guided Walking Tour
After breakfast in your Riad , you will start an explorative journey of the cultural capital of Morocco, walking in its alleys and small streets. Our visit starts by the Royal Palace, the Jewish headquarter, and the Synagougue Ibn Dannon, the first Mellah ever built in Morocco. We will ensure that you visit all sites with cultural and historical interest including the famous Al Qaraouine University,the oldest in the region, and the Tanneries. After lunch, you will visit the ceramic factory and have a panoramic view over the whole Medina of Fes. On the afternoon, we will visit the new city for a drink. Overnight accommodation in your Riad. Bed and breakfast included.
Day 6
Day 6 – Fes – Ifran – Azrou – Errachidia – Merzouga
After breakfast in your Riad, you’ll leave Fes travelling towards Ifran, referred to as “the Switzerland of Morocco” and then to Merzouga via Azrou and the Ziz Valley. During this journey you’ll experience glimpses of the Middle Atlas and Higher Atlas mountains. Stopping at Azrou, a Berber village in the middle of the famous cedar forest – the largest in Morocco – where you may well sight Barbary apes. You’ll notice how the scenery changes to reveal hints of the desert as you approach teh city of Errachidia. Your journey continues to Merzouga via the Tizi Ntalghamt pass and along the luxuriant Ziz Valley , stopping for panoramic views along the way. Arrive to Merzouga at the end of the afternoon. You’ll be welcomed with a glass of mint tea before you check into your Riad. Bed and breakfast included.
Day 7
Merzouga – Erg Chebbi Dunes – Tamrdanite – Khamlia Hassi El-Bied
In the morning after breakfast, your excursion will start from your Riad taking you through the sand-sea dunes near the Algerian border where you will have a chance to take photos and see the black volcanic rocks. We will also have the opportunity to meet a nomad family and learn about their nomadic lifestyle. We will pass close to tiny Berber villages, like Tamrdanite, before we reach Khamlia. In the tiny desert village of Khamlia, we will be treated to a performance of Gnawa music, a spiritual and hypnotic form of music that has been played for centuries by the black people who live here.
Day 8
Merzouga – Rissani – Erfoud – Tinjdad – Tinghir – Todgha Gorge – Boumalne Dades
Today the camel man (trekker) will wake you up before dawn to see a spectacular sunrise in the desert by camel. After, you will return to the camp to have your breakfast, shower and pack up before we continue our adventure by car to the city of Rissani, the former capital of the Alawite Sultans. Rissani was once an important market for caravans traveling the sub-Saharan region, and it is still an impressive market to visit today. We will take a walk through the local market and traditional souk. We will also see the ruins of Sijilmassa, the Moulay Ali Cherif Gate, and visit the mausoleum of Moulay Ali Cherif, where the father of the founder of the Alawite Dynasty is buried.
Day 9
Merzouga – Todra Gorge – Dades Gorge
You will wake up early to watch what well may be the best sunrise of your life. Afterwards you will trek back to the village of Merzouga, enroute you couldn’t fail to appreciate the unique beauty of the spectacular Erg Chebbi sand dunes. After breakfast in your Riad, you’ll leave for the Dades Valley, visiting Todra Gorges – the highest, narrowest gorges in Morocco. After lunch within the valley, you will have an optional hour’s hike through the fields where you will enjoy visiting an old mud village, meet locals and learn about the culture. On through Dades Valley, where you will have the opportunity to see majestic sand castles and the amazing rock formations known as “monkey toes”. Overnight accommodation will be in your hotel overlooking the Dades valley. Dinner, bed, and breakfast.
Day 10
Ourzazate – Ait Benhaddo – Tizi-n-Tichka Pass – Essaouira
After your breakfast, we will depart for Essaouira. First we will visit Atlas Studios, the largest movie studio in the world and host to such famous films and television shows as Lawrence of Arabia, The Jewel of the Nile, The Mummy, Gladiator, The Man Who Would Be King, Vikings, Game of Thrones, and Aladdin, as well as several James Bond and Jason Bourne movies. Next we will stop at the exotic Kasbah of Aït Benhaddou, an amazing UNESCO World Heritage Site. After driving through the Tizi N’Tichka Pass, which offers superb views of the High Atlas Mountains and small Berber villages, we will stop in one of these villages, Teddart, for lunch. You will spend the night at an authentic Moroccan Riad, with dinner and breakfast included.
Day 11
Marrakech – Chichaoua – Essaouira
After Breakfast at your accommodation in Marrakech we will travel to Essaouira. After several stops for pictures , and since this is the land of Argan culture – this is an opportunity to visit the women’s co- operative of Argan oil where they extract the oil that is famous for its culinary, cosmetic and medical properties. Bed and Breakfast at your Riad.
Day 12
Explore Essaouira
After Breakfast at your Riad, then start exploring the city. You’ll visit the Skala Fortress, the port, the souks and see Thuya wood carved by artisans; walk through the alleys of the medina and view hundreds of handicrafts. Essaouira is known for its strong winds most of the year so it is known as the “City of the wind” thus it attracts surfers from all over the world. Essaouira knew many civilisations – including the Portuguese occupation, which affects much of its architecture – however, it remains a small village with much history. Because of its size and its characteristic blue doors and washed walls, it is also regarded as Morocco’s “Jewel of the Atlantics”. Your visit includes the Mellah – the Jewish headquarter, see the new and old Synagougues, Chaim Pinto and Lakhal, as you can visit the Cimetary as well. There is an annual festival of “Gnawa music”, where many musical groups come from different parts of Africa and the world
Day 13
Marrakech, Tour of the City with a Local Guide
Today, after breakfast you will have a full day to tour and discover Marrakech, the famous Red City. Your guide will take you to the most beautiful palaces and monuments of Marrakech, including the 19th century Bahia Palace, the 16th century Saadian Tombs, the Koutoubia Mosque, and the Majorelle Gardens. You will have lunch in the Medina and also have an opportunity to visit the famous Souks, where the merchants sell everything from leather and carpets to spices and jewelry. Jemaa el-Fnaa is perhaps the most famous town square on earth. From ancient times until today, tradesmen, snake charmers, acrobats, magicians, mystics, musicians, and monkey trainers have populated this UNESCO World Heritage site. You will spend the night at an authentic Moroccan Riad, with Bed and breakfast included.
Day 14
Marrakech

After breakfast today, at around 10:00 in the morning, your cooking class will start! Today you will discover the secrets of Moroccan cuisine and learn all about the spices and techniques that make it so delicious. You will have several menu options to choose from as you learn how to create Moroccan salads, Couscous, or Tagines in your Riad.

After breakfast today, at around 10:00 in the morning, your cooking class will start! Experience amazing views of Marrakesh suburbs and High Atlas Mountains. We’ll pick you up from your Riad in Marrakech early in the morning and take you to the launch point. You will enjoy the amazing views of Berber villages, High Atlas Mountains, oasis and valleys. Then land safely then we come back to your Riad and have some free time in Marrakesh or have Hammam or whatever you want later on we transfer you to Atlas sky Hotele nearby the airport to couch your flight back home .

Hammams are traditional bath houses and steam rooms, and they form a regular part of everyday life for many locals.
The Moroccan hammam traditions stretch back hundreds of years, with people visiting a hammam for a deep cleanse and a social encounter. A traditional experience involves scrubbing yourself from head to toe whilst in a steam room, with black soap and an exfoliating glove used to remove all dirt and grime and leave your skin feeling soft and smooth .Some hammams include a massage and / or treatments with the locally produced argan oil…..
